🦷🪥 DENTAL BUS REGISTRATION REMINDER!
Parents/Guardians, please remember that all Dental Bus registrations must be completed thoroughly and submitted by October 5, 2026.
📱 Registration must be completed using the QR code provided. Please make sure ALL required information is completed.
📄 Please also return the bottom half of the Dental Bus information paper to the school.
📅 Registration Deadline: October 5, 2026
Please complete both steps to ensure your child’s registration is fully submitted.
